There is an equilateral triangle formed by three intersecting paths in the center of a park with dimension of 2 meters. Stemmed off of this triangle are two right triangles. If you were to connect the points on these right triangles that are closest, what is the area of the newly formed triangle?

Here is my solution, I just used the fact that angles add up to 360 degrees about a point to find one of the angles of the triangle:

Well... I was dumb. I did this really long page of math, thinking this was a difficult problem, when I could've just used my brain. Anyways, we got the same answer. I couldn't get a good picture.
